This was part of an Amazon liquidation pallet. Open box item, looks to be brand new. Very nice quality. You can feel the heft in every piece. I did notice two areas with scratches on the underside of the faucet that may have gotten past the factory inspector. Please see the seventh picture for a closer look. I inspect part for a living, so maybe my eye might be more critic than others. Otherwise, is in great condition and is complete. Please note that this is the trim kit does not include the rough-in valve. Requires R27007, R2707-PX, or R2707-MF
