Just a beautiful looking piece – cardboard construction – solid condition BUT with some loss in 3 of the 4 corners and back side tape repairs in the lower 2. 9 pages of the pad still remain. Measures about 17 ½ by 11 ½. Would look rather stunning framed and matted!
