This is from an estate sale it has no markings i don't think that it is brass not heavy enough probably Silverplate it does have a gold tone look to it

It looks Egyptian with all the figurines as decoration.  Please look at pics. It is 3 footed and stands almost 5 inches tall and 6 inches across. The center bowl is almost 4 inches across.
