Pair of striking Swedish art glass chargers designed by renowned glass artist Bertil Vallien for Kosta Boda, part of the Artist Collection series (early 1980s).

Each piece is hand-etched to the base “Kosta Boda / Artist Coll / B. Vallien” with model number, confirming studio production. Difficult to read in photos but definitely there! The “Meteor” design features dramatic abstract inclusions suspended within thick, high-quality glass—an iconic Vallien aesthetic.

Measuring approximately 10 inches in diameter and weighing about 5 lbs each, these are substantial, beautifully crafted display pieces. Each charger is individually handmade, resulting in unique variations while forming a cohesive and complementary pair.

Both retain original Kosta Boda labels, suggesting minimal or no use and careful display over the years.

Condition: Mint condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.

Perfect as a centerpiece, decorative display, or addition to a Scandinavian art glass collection.
