Payment:

Total payment must be received within 3 days of auction end.

Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay. 

Local pick-up sales must be paid in full prior to pick-up. We allow buyers five days to collect items from our storefront. 

Cancellations:

Please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to cancel your purchase prior to the package being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be stopped in time. If an order has already been shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. Shipping and handling paid is non-refundable on order cancellations. Order cancellations may also be subject to cancellation fee of 15% of the item value.

Returns:

Returns for products purchased must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in original condition..

**If the return is due to an item that was ordered incorrectly, or is simply no longer needed, we may ask you to ship it to us at your expense, and we will issue a refund less the cost of shipping the item to you.

***Power Equipment: (trimmers, mowers, chain saws, etc.) All sales on power equipment are final. Warranty issues with all power equipment must be addressed through the manufacture.
