This Victorian fish serving set of knife and fork is quite ornate. There is a fancy cut-out design on both pieces, and an etched design on the top as well, which is quite elaborate on the knife. The fork and knife have stag horn/antler handles. The set would definitely be an impressive addition to any table. 

I can't find any maker's mark on these. The style seems most like JW & Co, but I don't know.
