If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item. For larger credit card orders, proof of identity may be required. International credit cards are NOT accepted. Based on applicable tax laws, eBay will calculate and collect sales tax for items shipped to customers in the United States

Most orders process within one business day after we receive payment. Orders are packed securely and shipped promptly. Most cases are double-boxed to avoid damage in transit. We offer combined shipping discounts for customers who win more than one auction within 3 days of each other and pay for all items at the same time (please contact us in advance for exceptions). If the shipping charge at check-out doesn't seem right, please use the "Ask Seller for Invoice" option before paying.

• Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO , and FPO must ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
• Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories are subject to a $15.00 shipping surcharge.
• Local Pick-Up may be available in Western NY for free; contact us prior to bidding.

International Shipping

Due to contractual agreements with Upper Deck, Konami, and Wizards of the Coast, items manufactured by Upper Deck are not eligible for shipping to Canada until one (1) calendar year after the products initial release. Items manufactured by Konami and Wizards of the Coast (WOTC) are not eligible for shipping outside of the United States and its' territories. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Any duties or taxes that may be imposed by the respective countries are your sole responsibility. Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We ship most orders via UPS. Orders shipping via UPS should arrive within a week after we receive payment.
