Up for auction is an Eureka Mignon Specialita espresso grinder. This is a premium, compact espresso grinder known for its "Silent Technology" and precise stepless adjustment. It features 55mm flat hardened steel burrs and a 1350 RPM motor with an output of 1.4 - 1.8g/s for espresso and 1.9 - 2.5g/s for brew. It has a touch screen to make any adjustments needed, like digital timed dosing, timed grinding options, and single dosing capabilities. There is also a manual dial to adjust the fineness of the grind.

Idaho sales tax and local pick-up:  All items sold within the state of Idaho will include a 6% state sales tax on the invoice.  Local pick-up at our Boise, Idaho main facility is available for all items at no cost.
