Return Policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

 

1. Condition of Returns

 

All items must be returned in their original, non-damaged condition, including original packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories.

Returns missing any of these components may be refused.

 

2. Restocking Fee

• For all returns not due to defect or misdescription, a minimum 10% restocking fee will apply.

• If an item has been opened or used, restocking fee may increase.

Depending on condition, up to 50% may be deducted if the product is returned heavily used, damaged, or missing packaging.

• Factory-sealed items that are opened can no longer be sold as new and will be subject to value deductions.

 

3. Locked or Incomplete Returns

 

All accounts (Google, Samsung, iCloud, etc.), passwords, and screen locks must be removed, and the device reset to factory settings before return.

Locked devices or those with active accounts may not qualify for refund.

 

4. IMEI & Fraud Protection

 

Each device’s IMEI/serial number is recorded prior to shipping.

If the returned item does not match the original shipped unit, no refund will be issued and the matter will be reported to eBay for investigation.
