USED COMME DES GARCONS PLEATED SKIRT LAYERED PANTS ACCEPTABLE From Japan

These are pants with a pleated overskirt.

I believe the size was M, but the pants fit the mannequin just right. It's probably closer to a size S (given the likely 1990s era).

The material is 100% wool, a slightly thin wool gabardine.

The color is black.

The way the skirt flares will change slightly depending on how tightly the belt is fastened.

Pants with overskirts were made in various designs around this time, so in a sense, I think they could be considered a classic Comme des Garçons style.
