Due to the new trade tariffs introduced on all goods being sent to the USA, the cost of shipping has had to increase to include these tariff fees and the USA handling charge. Also at present we are unable to send any items by Ordinary Airmail and we are restricted to only sending them by a Tracked and Insured method. 

Beautiful Hand dyed panel of vintage 1940's silk from the back of a Man's Juban Kimono.

This unique piece of 1940s silk comes from the back of a Man's Juban Kimono and has a wonderful hand dyed "Tiger" design on a dark grey base. 

The silk is of a light weight and in great vintage condition with some patching, stitching holes, general fading and marking (see detail photos) across the piece.

I have not ironed this piece.

Measurement: Approximately 27ins wide by 20.5ins long


You could use it for many art and interior design projects, add details to clothes, hat, table decorations and runners, wall hangings, bags, centerpieces of patchwork, cushions or any other craft or quilting project.

I have tried to describe and photograph all noticeable stains, damage and wear and tear but as this is antique, vintage silk from worn kimono there maybe some minor dirt, marks, material flaws, sewing or colour faults which I have missed and are not in the description.
