These and other wire I will be listing from Western Electric came from the Vancouver Telephone Company in Vancouver Washington. My brothers friend was in charge of removal and called my brother to come and get some. In these lots you get 1 6 foot loop of 4 wires paper covered 2 blue 2 white I am not sure of the gage my brother used some of the different wires to build guitar amp and pedals with.
My brother was Doug Howerton of Howertone guitar and amp repair. He built many tube amplifiers mic pre`s and guitar pedals for recording studios and touring bands. His plan for retirement was to stop repairs and just build so he accumulated tons of transformers, tubes, transistors, wire from the 30's 40's and 50's and much much more. I will be liquidating all of it here on ebay this is just the start of 100's of 1000's of auctions I will be listing. There are also a lot of dated items that I have to keep vintage items vintage. He kept just about everything and I mean everything. I have tubs of just old screws he kept from amps, organs, radios, ect.
