Latches work to open and close the case. No keys. Some exterior marks due to age and wear. Inside case has a loose lining near the hinges. Inside has a “vintage” smell that can be removed by putting it in the sunlight. The handle’s plastics is a little “gummy” due to age. Beautiful red color!!!
