To all those much awaited lovers - as promised I have brought you a brand new engine flywheel for your lovely machine.

Crucial to give your Clutch pedal a very soft wheel albeit a highly ignored spare part.

No matter peeps how durable and strong and good quality your clutch and clutch cover are - all efforts will be wasted if you do not install a new flywheel !! Mark my words.

I discovered this fact the hard way when all three components were changed at the same time (flywheel, clucth plate and clutch cover)

Challenged to make your pedal buttery smooth - just with a press of 1 finger !!

Or 2 fingers if the pedal spring is still connected.

With the passage of time tiny metal shavings wear off from the flywheel hence the flywheel surface sinks to the bottom not visible to the naked eye.

Installing a new set of clutch plate and cover will not show any obvious signs of fatigue in the beggining but gradually the van will start to shudder upon engaging/disengaging the cluch as the gap is just too wide between the flywheel and clutch plate - this not only results in unsmooth engaging but also very stiff pedal.

Most mechanics will never advise you to replace the flywheel as nobody would want to take the toll but the bitter fact is your Rascal has immensely changed without anyone noticing.

Get ready for the massive change peeps to the drive. I am not selling the clutch parts as they are easily available. Your King of Rascal is only selling hard to find parts.
