I specialize exclusively in Nuova Simonelli equipment. I’ve used these machines for years in my own speciality coffee shops and truly believe they’re the best value for reliability and performance. Think of them as the Toyota of espresso machines - rock solid, dependable, and affordable to maintain. (La Marzocco is great too… but more like a BMW 😉)
I currently have 30 Nuova Simonelli Appia II machines available, model years 2021–2024. These came from a high-end Italian restaurant chain that shut down its espresso roll out program after only about 6 months (they were selling 6 shots a night). The machines were then acquired from a liquidator and sat in storage until I was able to get them and go thru them.
All machines have been:
Descaled
Backflushed
Fully tested
Thoroughly cleaned
They are in excellent working condition and ready to go.
A big plus: most locations used reverse osmosis water.
