Men’s Rockport XCS Brown Leather Hydro-Shield Chukka Boots in UK Size 10 (EU 45).

These waterproof boots are in very good condition, with minimal wear to the soles, insoles and linings and no rips or significant stains to the leather uppers. There are a couple of very minor marks but these are not overly detrimental to their appearance. The laces have not frayed and the colours remain reasonably consistent, although given the grain of the leather there are some discrepancies.
