OEM IHI IS38 off a Golf R, 60,000 km. Turbo internals in good shape — was replaced at VW dealer due to seized wastegate actuator (common IS38 issue). Actuator is installed but will need replacement or repair. Great candidate for a rebuild or actuator swap.
