Introduction:

This is a compact and high power suction motor using a small BLDC motor and highly efficient fluid design utilizing fluid analysis CFD. It is a microcontroller integrated type motor, equipped with input control and protection functions.

It is produced by Nidec, Japan, and features high quality, long life, and excellent energy efficiency. This is a high-speed, high-negative-pressure DC brushless fan. It can achieve infinitely variable speed control through an external PWM signal, with a recommended PWM frequency of 10 kHz to 20 kHz and a recommended PWM duty cycle range of 10% to 90%.

Notes:

The motor requires a stable DC power supply; the positive and negative terminals must not be reversed, and AC power must not be connected.

The motor has a relatively high power requirement; when using a switching power supply, the maximum current must exceed 20A. If using a lithium battery, a high-performance lithium battery should be selected; insufficient power supply current may cause the motor to operate abnormally.

An air filter must be installed at the air intake to prevent foreign objects and dust from entering the motor, which could cause damage; the air filter size must be appropriate (total filtering area should not be too small) due to the high airflow of the motor.

The air intake must not be completely blocked (as this can cause the motor to overheat quickly).

During testing, do not place fingers near the air intake, and ensure that there are no foreign objects around the air intake to prevent them from being sucked in.
