Airplane - With a 9-foot wing span, a radio-controlled model airplane displayed at a model airplane organization meeting yesterday is the largest of five types of model aircraft. Willie J. Kizine built the model and is seeking $13,959.93 from aviation-related industries to provide a model aircraft training program for inner city youths. Looking on, left to right are Edward A.
