This is a Tekmar 071 sensor. It has a 12" wire and the wire ends are soldered to aid in installation. This is new old stock. I determined it is new by looking at the wire ends. If they are straight they are new. If they are twisted or pinched they are used. I have both new and used listed in different auctions. Regardless of my new or used determination I have tested all sensors with an ohm meter to verify they are good. Tekmar makes quality components and their sensors rarely fail.
