Offered is a beautiful vintage 18k Italian gold medal pendant featuring a detailed, raised relief of either Saint Joseph or Saint Anthony holding the infant Jesus within a round frame. The outer scalloped border has decorative scrollwork and floral-like patterns. There is a 4mm bail at the top for suspension on a chain.

The reverse is marked 1 AR 750, which indicates it is a high-quality 18k gold piece made by UnoAerre of Arezzo, Italy.

Measures approximately 5/8" in diameter and weighs 1.2 grams. Excellent condition.
