I'm not sure of the history of this watch fob aside from its connections to Prohibition. I do know that the RM Rose company was a distillery at the turn of the 20th century, and they did produce intricate, sterling silver pieces with the phrase "Ask the revenue officer." This definitely is not that.

Used and as is.  Photos really don't do the color Justice. The fob is much more of a brassy color.
