LEGAL ACTION
- This agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.
- Any action brought under this agreement shall be brought in Broward County, Florida. And the parties expressly agree and consent to venue and jurisdiction in said state and county. In the event it becomes necessary for either party to retain an attorney regarding a dispute arising from this agreement, the prevailing party of said dispute shall be entitled to recover it's reasonable attorney's fees and cost incurred in either prosecuting or defending its rights under this agreement. Which attorney's fees shall include any and all appellate proceedings that may arise here under.
