Here's what seems to be an old school face mask in really nice condition.

The frame/cage measures 9.5" at it's widest, across and 10" top to bottom from the middle of the mask to the bottom. The mask pads, top and bottom, are secured by three velcro closures, each. The three-way back strap is secured with 3 buckles and has the MacGregor logo with a small white tag that reads B-24. 

As for condition - the overall mask is in fine shape. As I was measuring it, I noticed that the top back elastic piece is starting to separate in the middle - the photo with the logo shows it, though I didn't realize it at the time I was taking photos. All other straps/closures fine.
