2-Hole (Borden / B2): Features two large holes (one for air, one for water). Best for older dental units or specific portable systems. 4-Hole (Midwest / M4): Features two large air holes and two small holes (water and exhaust). This is the most common international standard.
Pro Tip: If you see "pins" on your tubing, you might need an LED/Fiber Optic version. This model is a Pneumatic Air Turbine (non-light).
