Important Usage Tips
Practice first – Use the included nickel strip on scrap before welding your actual battery.
Press firmly – No gap between tips and material. Gaps cause overheating or burn‑through.
Wear goggles – Small sparks are normal with high‑power welders.
Overheating – If the machine stops during heavy use, let it cool for 10 minutes. This is normal protection.
Clean tips – If sparks become excessive, file the pin tips lightly.
