How to use (factory default):

Connect the load to the output positive electrode and the output negative electrode to the tester USB-pass working power supply (not powered by desktop or laptop USB), and the battery voltage is displayed at this time;
3. To start the test directly, you only need to press the "OK" button. The tester can automatically formulate the appropriate termination voltage according to the full charge voltage of the battery, and it will flash and display 3 times before starting the test. It is necessary to manually formulate the termination voltage. Only press the "+" or "-" buttons in the battery voltage display state to modify it. The termination voltage is displayed at the beginning of P, and the subsequent voltage represents the voltage value, with a resolution of 0.1V. After setting, press "OK" to start the test;
4. After the test starts, the tester will turn on the electronic switch that controls the load. The test process data display will be displayed between the discharge capacity (Ah), the current discharge current (A) and the battery voltage (V). The display content can be quickly switched through the "OK" button. When the battery voltage reaches the set termination voltage, the tester cuts off the load control switch, display data stays on the capacity (Ah) and flashes quickly with the corresponding indicator light. At this time, the displayed capacity is the actual discharge capacity of the battery. Press "OK" to terminate the flashing and let the data display stabilize. Setting item 2: The automatic wheel display function "ALon"/"ALoF" means to enable/deactivate. After deactivate, the displayed content will not be automatically switched during the test, and can only be switched manually.
 
Error code and meaning:
Err1: Battery voltage is higher than 15V
Err2: The battery voltage is lower than the set termination voltage
Err3: The battery cannot withstand the load discharge current or the internal resistance of the line is too large
Err4: The current is too high (current exceeds 3.1A)
Err5: Improper use or wiring error has caused the equipment to burn and cannot be used (current sampling or control switch MOS burned)
 
Notes:
1. If the battery is connected in the reverse direction, when the load is turned on and the load current is large (about >0.8A), the circuit switch tube may be damaged;
2. The factory has been calibrated and tested one by one, and the design has a secondary calibration function;
3. In order to improve the voltage measurement accuracy, this circuit specially designed a DC bias. When the terminal is connected without any connection, a very small voltage will be displayed, which will not affect the actual measurement.
