Disc is tested and working, but looks like it had a sticker attached to the artwork previously

Case is in acceptable condition with the top label pulling away

The manual is fused to the case.  Looks like it was glued or water damage made it stiff and unable to be removed from the case

The game, manual, and case are not great condition, but the disc does work as it should
