The top and bottom case are in fair condition with scuffs, dents, scratches, and general wear, including some semi-deep scratches that are easily visible. The sides are also in fair condition, with deep scratches, dents, and wear. The ports are functional but show heavy-use wear with dings and scratches. The screen and keyboard are both in fair condition with noticeable scratches, scuffs, dents, and wear from heavy use. The hinges are in good condition, sturdy, and functioning properly, and the bezel is in good cosmetic condition with little to no wear. This laptop must remain plugged in to stay powered on, as it shuts off when the charging cable is removed due to a bad battery. The display is fully functional with no damage or issues. The down key is bad and does not respond when pressed. The trackpad is also unreliable and does not allow normal on-screen navigation because only certain areas respond to touch. WiFi connectivity and audio were tested and are fully functional. The webcam does not work, and no image appears when the camera is accessed.
