Dean Hudson was a commonly used pseudonym for famous novelist Evan Hunter, who also wrote the 87th Precinct series under the name Ed McBain.

The lurid good girl cover illustration was created by Harold W. McCauley.

Good- vintage pulp paperback condition with reading and storage wear. Light edge wear, soiling, rubbing. Age related paper tanning on the inside cover. Some imprint marks on the front and back cover.  Bump crease with small 3/8" tear at the top of the back that affects some of the pages at the back of the book. Light spine head/foot/edge rubbing wear. Light chipping at the bottom of the back cover near the spine.

All pages are intact and unmarked.  The binding is in good condition.
