How to Order

1. Purchase your desired number of plates (front, rear or both).
2. Send us a message via eBay with the registration number and plate style.
3. Upload your ID and proof of entitlement (e.g., V5C logbook).
4. Once verified, we’ll make and ship your plates ASAP!

Legal Requirements

UK law requires identity and entitlement documents to be provided before we can produce number plates. You can submit these via eBay message or email after your purchase.

Accepted Documents for Entitlement

You must provide one of the following documents to prove entitlement to the registration number:

• Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C / logbook)
• New Keeper Supplement (V5C/2)
• Certificate of Entitlement (V750)
• Retention Document (V778)
• Vehicle Tax Reminder (V11)
• Temporary Registration Certificate (V379)
• A letter of authorisation from a fleet operator or lease company (including the document showing registration)

Accepted ID Documents

You must also provide one of the following forms of ID to verify your identity:

• Passport
• Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
• National Identity Card
• Birth Certificate (with photo ID where required)
• Utility Bill or Bank Statement (to confirm address, if requested)

Driving in the EU – Legal Flag Options

If you plan to drive your electric or regular vehicle in the EU, your number plates must display a legal identifier. The valid options are:

• The UK Union Flag (Union Jack) with the letters "UK"
• Green EV identifier (for electric vehicles, in UK use only)

EU flags, GB flags, and national identifiers like ENG, SCO, or CYM are not valid for international travel after Brexit. If your plates don’t include the Union Flag with “UK”, you’ll need to display a separate UK sticker on the rear of your vehicle when abroad.
