How to Install

1. Determine the hook position.

2. Use a hammer(not included) to smash the nail into the wall.

3. Fix the hook.

4. Hang the clock in line with the hook

5. The installation is complete.

Notes           

• Please use 1 AA battery (not included), please do not use alkaline batteries and some rechargeable batteries, as this can affect the lifespan and inaccurate timing of exercise.
• Before starting to use this product, please set the time manually. Please adjust the time by turning the gears on the back of the clock, do not turn the hands directly to avoid damaging the clock mechanism.
• If the time is inaccurate during use, please replace the battery in time.
• Please knock carefully to avoid smashing the hooks. Please avoid using it on rotting wood and peeling walls. If used on tiles, please nail it to the joints to avoid damaging the surface of the tiles.
