E-Coating Process.
E-coat systems can deliver a wide range of lacquer and paint finishes with a combination of state-of-the art performance and decorative effects.The bumpers can last for 100 hours during the salt spray test which is equivalently to have a 5-year corrosion capacity. The product percent of pass reaches 100% after the salt spray test.
Solid Construction.
Designed for a bolt-on installation, this rear bumper is CNC-cut, formed, and MIG/TIG-welded to perfectly fit on your Ford F-150.
Easy Installation.
This front bumper offers an easy installation since it is designed to perfectly fit your vehicle application. Using a few basic hand tools, you can directly mount it to your truck’s existing bumper points. No cutting or drilling is required.  Firstly, remove the factory bumper. Secondly, assemble the bumper components to be a complete Discovery Bumper. Then install the front bumper onto the vehicle's frame and keep the bolts loose. At last, adjust the positions of the bumper and tighten up all the bolts. It can be installed in about two hours.
