The anklet is attached to the packaging of Sunrise Silver Sterling, a USA company. The vintage anklet appears to be new, yet some of the beads have some small areas of tarnish. (Please see last photo.) The 9 turquoise stones display a lovely sheen with no chips.

The “liquid silver” description is appropriate because the long thin silver beads appear to flow and shine like liquid.
