It appears to be tree blossom made up of tiny balls of wool material on a cloth background with sewn branches

Possibly titled Decora, by Diane Spence, mobile number is coloured out in the photo

White wood frame, glazed and ready to hang

Approximately measures 27.4 cm x 22.2 cm x 2 4 cm

Used in good clean condition, minimal storage wear to the frame, see all the photos

There may be some reflection from the glass while taking the photos
