The sink spout looks to be made for 3/8" tube compression fitting, but there are no compression 'beans'.  There is an aereator of sorts in the sink seahorse's snout.   

These are heavy castings.  The sink spout is almost 3 lbs.  The tub spout is 3lb 10 oz so have decent sized pipe ready for these ornamental spouts.   

In the pictures I lay tape measures on the fixtures so you can see the size.  

The tub drain plug actuator has a seaweed, kelp or leaf motif and I believe also acts as the overflow drain.  

What you see is what you get.   

These are fixtures for a plumber or craftsman.   More components will be required to complete the install.
