Pack contains 4 sleeves with each containing 3 golf balls for a total of 12. Golf balls are numbered (as can be seen in picture) with each sleeve being 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Packaging is worn and torn and I opened them for the pictures and to verify these are new and unused. Pictures show the ACTUAL golf balls you will receive.
