A vintage early 20th century black glass plinth / display stand / base for vase / figure / bowl etc.  The top diameter is 10.5 cm diameter and the stand is 7.5 cm tall with a 16 cm diameter base.

When reversed the stand also doubles as stylish bowl / rose bowl !

It is in good vintage condition free from any significant defect although on very close inspection it does have a few tiny 'pinprick' chips to the top rim commensurate with age and use.  Please note that some of the photographs show some flash reflection and fail to show the true colour which is a deep rich solid black.
