Are there any exemptions to the free shipping policy?

In certain situations, THECLOUDCART may encounter difficulties in locating a courier willing to deliver to the customer's address, especially in remote or regional areas, or the shipping cost may exceed the total order value. In such cases, THECLOUDCART may reach out to the customer to:

-Cancel and refund the order,
-Modify the order contents,
-Organize alternative courier services at the customer's expense.

Is it possible to have my order delivered to a P.O. Box or parcel locker?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be dispatched to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, storage facilities, vacant properties, public areas, or in some cases left unattended at the delivery address. Orders must be delivered to a residential address where the customer resides, or to the customer's workplace.
