This is a Simon Belmont figure from 2007.  He is the hero of some of the Castlevania video games.  there is a little paint missing around knees and a small chip on his face.  Also he does not have any hands but his is able to take the right hands.  other than that please check my pictures, Ive tried to give you alll i can. no accesories does have a dagger sheath connected to him.
