This composite AV cable connects your PlayStation console to any TV or monitor with standard RCA inputs. One end plugs into the AV Multi Out port on the back of your console, while the other splits into three colour-coded RCA connectors — yellow for composite video, and red and white for stereo audio. At 1.8 metres long, the cable provides plenty of reach from your console to your TV with no adaptors or converters required.

Sony used the same AV Multi Out connector across three generations of PlayStation, so this single cable works with every model — from the original PS1 and the compact PSOne, through the PS2 fat and PS2 Slim, to the PS3 fat, PS3 Slim, and PS3 Super Slim. Whether your original cable has been lost, damaged, or you simply need a spare for a second room, this replacement will have you up and playing straight away.

The PS2 also doubles as a DVD player, and this is the same cable you need to connect it to your TV for movie playback. The shielded cable and strain-relief moulding at both ends ensure a reliable, long-lasting connection.

Please note: Your TV must have composite AV inputs (the yellow, red, and white sockets usually labelled "AV IN") to use this cable. If your TV only has HDMI inputs, you will need a separate PS-to-HDMI adaptor. This cable is not compatible with the PS4 or PS5, which use HDMI only.
