Vintage single Art Deco dress clip, featuring a design of clear rhinestone round and baguette stones.

Produced around the 1930s, rhodium plate and paste (glass) rhinestones. 1.5 x 2”.


Pat 1801128. Patent 1801128, stamped on vintage jewelry, refers to a 1931 US patent for a "jewelry clip with friction pivot" issued to Anthony E. Waller. These clips were common in the 1930s-1940s, often used on Art Deco dress clips, fur clips, and double-prong "clip-mates" (sometimes part of a Duette).
