How to Use
1.Apply gel to the electrodes and switch the switch on the side of the unit from 0 to 2.
*If the amount of gel is too little, you may not feel much warmth.
2. Press the treatment button on the unit once to start the treatment.
Apply the electrodes to the area you want to treat and move them evenly in large circular motions.
3. After 4 minutes, when it automatically stops, apply gel again and move to another area for treatment.
