EVGA RTX 3080 10GB XC3 ULTRA ICX

Does not display. 2 out of 3 fans spin when PC turns on, and the EVGA logo breathes purple.

Good physical condition as pictured. It was dirtier but I cleaned it as best as I could. I bought this from another person.

Core and vram are present.

This could be a easy soldering fix. I do not know what is exactly the issue. Easy flip if fixed, or a amazing deal if fixed.
