Puerto Rico (2019 edition) is an economic strategy game where players develop plantations and buildings to produce and ship goods.

Each round, players choose roles (like Builder, Trader, Captain), and all players benefit—but the chooser gets a bonus.

Resources like corn, sugar, tobacco, coffee, and indigo are produced and exported for victory points or income.

The 2019 edition includes expansions such as New Buildings Expansion, adding more variety and strategic options.

The goal is to earn the most victory points through efficient engine-building, shipping goods, and smart role selection.

Game has only been played a handful of times.
