Lot of 4 Vintage Tea Bag Caddies 2 w Silver Overlay Made from Horn from Slovakia

Here's a charming collectable set of tea bag caddies.

Given to me by a friend, and described as, "made from horn, tea bag rests, from Slovakia".  This is what I know of them. Also, two of the wee spoons have a silver triangular overlay on both the front and back. There is an engraved decorative pattern inside the triangle on the front and hammered dots in an "eye" shape on the back. There is also a wee tiny imprint below the "eye" on the back, either a maker's mark, date, not sure, but I can't make it out. I also can't figure out how the silver pieces are attached to the spoon handles. It could be with heat and the indentation marks on the back? Don't know, but very interesting.

Seems like these could also be used for caviar, or as a utensil in a tasting menu. They measure appx. 2 1/2" long by appx. 1 1/2" wide.

The set is in very good condition. Ready to be used again.

They weigh 1.5 oz prior to shipping - comes to you wrapped in bubble wrap in a small mailer.

Thanks for the looky-loo!
