The auto power off and power off time setting makes the radio can be timing auto power off ; and SQL level setting in the menu, there is 0-9 levels available, which works both Analog and digital mode. FCC certification ID: POD-DMR3. NOTE: In order to meet the FCC policies, the frequency range of the MD-9600 radios we sell is locked in 150-160/450-460 MHz and disabled the VFO. But you can unlock the frequency range to 150-160/450-460 MHz and enable the VFO function after you received it if you need.

Please follow the steps below to unlock the radio (Manual unlocking )
Turn on this radio to check if the frequency ranges are locked in 150-160MHz/450-460MHz
If yes, power off the radio.
Press and hold the P1 & P2 buttons when power on the radio again, then the frequency ranges and VFO function will be unlocked to perform normally.
