Service: Due to the significant size and volumetric weight (over 30kg), this item cannot be shipped via EMS. It will be shipped exclusively via FedEx Priority Air.
Additional Surcharges: Per FedEx regulations, an additional surcharge of $10 per 1kg applies. As these charges are billed to the seller approximately one month after shipment, I will pre-calculate and include this $10/kg fee in the shipping cost.
Transparency: All official shipping receipts will be shared via eBay messages for full transparency.
2. Customs & Refund Policy by Country
For US Buyers: Since the seller covers the customs duties for the US, please understand that no refunds will be issued even if there is a difference in the final shipping balance.
For Other Countries: For countries where the buyer is responsible for customs duties, I will refund the full difference between the estimated and actual shipping costs.
3. Specialized Packaging & Damage Waiver (Critical)
Professional Packing: I will use reinforced, oversized custom packaging to ensure maximum safety for this heavy (10kg) and large porcelain piece.
Risk of Transit: Despite the most rigorous packaging, please be aware that large porcelain items carry an inherent risk of damage during long-distance air transit.
Agreement: By purchasing this item, the buyer acknowledges these risks and agrees to a full "Shipping Damage Waiver." The buyer assumes responsibility for the risks associated with international transport.

1. U.S. Orders (FedEx Only)
All U.S. shipments are handled via FedEx.
Import Duties: As the seller, I cover all import duties and customs fees.
Refund Policy: Since duties are pre-paid by the seller, shipping fees for U.S. orders are non-refundable.
2. International Orders (Outside the U.S.)
Shipments are handled via EMS or FedEx. Actual costs are confirmed on the Wednesday of the following week. If the actual cost is lower than paid, the difference is refunded as follows:
Standard (EMS / Under 30kg Volumetric): Full refund of the difference. No handling fees.
Oversized (FedEx / Over 30kg Volumetric): Required for items over 30kg. Due to FedEx’s policy of billing surcharges up to 2 months after delivery, a $10.00 surcharge per 1kg (for weight exceeding 30kg) will be deducted from the refund.
Ex: 35kg (5kg over) = $50.00 deduction.
3. Combined Shipping
Small items can be combined. Please allow ~9 hours for item synchronization between eBay and the EGS system before processing.
