This vintage miniature lions head copper and brass coal scuttle, standing at 19cm tall with a pottery handle, is a charming piece of antique fireplace decor from the 1960s. Made in the United Kingdom, the stepped brass base is soldered to the copper body onto which the copper handle, brass lion hinges and brass handle are attached.
The pottery rear show flower designs and is held by a central brass rod.
