Shipping Fees Notice

An additional $1 shipping fee will be charged for each extra Pokémon card purchased. This helps cover the cost of secure packaging and shipping to ensure your items arrive undamaged. Thank you for your understanding!

Order Processing

All orders, regardless of shipping method or destination, may require +1 business day for processing before shipment. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays may not be processed and shipped until the next business day. Note that orders during peak seasons (e.g., limited-time promotions and holidays) may experience longer processing times.

If your order includes one or more backordered or pre-order items, all items in your order (including non-backordered/pre-order items) may be held for combined shipping. This may extend your order’s processing and delivery time.

Shipping

Once payment is confirmed, cards will be carefully packaged in protective sleeves, placed in bubble-lined envelopes, and shipped via SpeedPAK. Logistics information will be provided to the buyer upon shipment.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the received card is significantly different from the described condition. Buyers must contact the seller within 30 days of receiving the card and provide clear unboxing video evidence. A full refund will be issued once the card is returned in its original shipping condition.
